If you have not received your product after 7 days (domestic address), 14 days (US Territories address), or 15 days (APO/FPO address) of purchase. Please contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com, utilizing the Contact Us page, or reply to your confirmation email. The tracking number will be looked at to verify delivery.
All returns must be postmarked withinthirty (30)days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. If you believe that your product was incorrect upon order, please provide receipt (order #). We will review all inquires before considering return.

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:
