Vorratu, Inc. stands behind every product shipped, for the purpose of securing your purchase. With the possibility of theft, damage, or missing parcel(s), it is not possible to ensure that every product be delivered during transit. Therefore, we are committed to working with every customer, to ensure you receive your purchase or we will offer you a full refund.

Please read below to understand how we uphold our commitment to you.


If you have not received your product after 7 days (domestic address), 14 days (US Territories address), or 15 days (APO/FPO address) of purchase. Please contact us immediately by emailing, utilizing the Contact Us page, or reply to your confirmation email. The tracking number will be looked at to verify delivery. 


Vorratu, Inc. will stand behind every product and offer a refund on any product that was not received or if customer received incorrect product.

If customer received incorrect product, Vorratu, Inc. will resubmit order for processing to ensure correct product is shipped to customer.

The customer has an option to return received product for a refund and forfeit replacement. In the event the customer wants to return the received product. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. If you believe that your product was incorrect upon order, please provide receipt (order #). We will review all inquires before considering return. 


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


For any product that does not meet our freshness guarantee. Please email us at to arrange for a replacement. Vorratu, Inc. does not refund product that is under our 1 Year Limited Freshness Warranty. Please see our 1 Year Limited Freshness Warranty for further details.
