Refund & Returns Policy

SHIPPING ASSURANCE:

Vorratu, Inc. stands behind every product shipped, for the purpose of securing your purchase. With the possibility of theft, damage, or missing parcel(s), it is not possible to ensure that every product be delivered during transit. Therefore, we are committed to working with every customer, to ensure you receive your purchase or we will offer you a full refund.

Note: Damage packaging does not qualify as a damaged product in transit.

Please read below to understand how we uphold our commitment to you.

MISSING PARCEL(S):

If you have not received your product after 7 days (domestic address), 14 days (US Territories address), or 15 days (APO/FPO address) of purchase. Please contact us immediately by emailing orders@vorratu.com, utilizing the Contact Us page, or reply to your confirmation email. The tracking number will be looked at to verify delivery. 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. If you believe that your product was incorrect upon order, please provide receipt (order #). We will review all inquires before considering return. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@vorratu.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products, please email us at support@vorratu.com to arrange for a refund or exchange.
