Shipping & Handling includes certified quality inspection.

All orders require 1-2 days for processing and packaging. 

*All customs duties, fees, taxes, and other charges are covered by Võrratu. 

Due to Võrratu relations with other national suppliers. Võrratu is able to offer premium quality at a very competitive price.

Võrratu will ship order based on shipping method selected at checkout.

SHIPPING METHODS

Once order is processed, orders will be shipped and arrive according to shipping method selected:

• USPS Priority Mail
• UPS Ground
• USPS Priority Mail Express

Products ship Monday to Friday by 2pm.

Vorratu, Inc. stands behind every product shipped, for the purpose of securing your purchase. With the possibility of theft, damage, or missing parcel(s), it is not possible to ensure that every product be delivered during transit. Therefore, we are committed to working with every customer, to ensure you receive your purchase or we will offer you a full refund.

Note: Damage packaging does not qualify as a damaged product in transit.

MISSING PARCEL(S):

If you have not received your product after 7 days (domestic address), 14 days (US Territories address), or 15 days (APO/FPO address) of purchase. Please contact us immediately by emailing orders@vorratu.com, utilizing the Contact Us page, or reply to your confirmation email. The tracking number will be looked at to verify delivery. 

RETURNS

Vorratu, Inc. will stand behind every product and offer a refund on any product that was not received or if customer received incorrect product.

If customer received incorrect product, Vorratu, Inc. will resubmit order for processing to ensure correct product is shipped to customer.

The customer has an option to return received product for a refund and forfeit replacement. In the event the customer wants to return the received product. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. If you believe that your product was incorrect upon order, please provide receipt (order #). We will review all inquires before considering return. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@vorratu.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

1 YEAR LIMITED FRESHNESS WARRANTY

For any product that does not meet our freshness guarantee. Please email us at support@vorratu.com to arrange for a replacement. Vorratu, Inc. does not refund product that is under our 1 Year Limited Freshness Warranty. Please see our 1 Year Limited Freshness Warranty for further details.

Freshness Guaranteed

Võrratu Company guarantees all tea will remain fresh for one (1) year when in an unopened package. Our tea is guaranteed to stay fresh when unopened and kept in a cool dry place, such as a pantry, for one (1) year. 

Once the package has been opened. Võrratu Company cannot guarantee the life of the tea, due to not knowing if the container was resealed. 

Võrratu Company offers every customer a full refund or replacement for any tea product that does not maintain freshness. 

Each complaint submitted will guarantee a one for one replacement between all tea products. As an example, if customer purchased a sachet tea product, the customer may request a loose-leaf tea product as a replacement. 

HOW TO SUBMIT COMPLAINT

It is the responsibility of the customer to contact Võrratu Company at support@vorratu.com regarding purchased product, within one (1) year of purchase date. 

The customer is required to submit the order number found in the confirmation email. Võrratu Company will send a replacement product to the address on processed order.

Should customer request a full refund. The funds will be returned to the payment method associated with the order number. Please allow at least five (5) days from processing date for funds to appear. We will notify you by email when refund was processed.

Only one complaint is authorized per product purchased. 

Disclaimer:

Võrratu, reserves the right to annotate every complaint with said customer. If there is repeated complaints in various orders. Implying that Võrratu is selling expired products, for the intent to continually take advantage of Võrratu and its guarantee. 

Võrratu reserves the right to neglect sales to any customer.
